Bus Driver – Macduff

Location: Union Road, Macduff, AB44 1UJ

We are looking for qualified PCV licence holders to join as Bus Drivers in Macduff. This is a full-time, permanent role with weekly earnings of around £588 and opportunities for overtime, giving a typical annual salary of approximately £30,500. During training, the pay rate is £14.07 per hour. Shifts are worked on a rota basis of any five days over seven, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, based on a 39-hour week with additional overtime available.

As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for driving a modern fleet safely and professionally, ensuring smooth and reliable journeys for all passengers. You will also deliver excellent customer service by offering a warm welcome, assisting with queries, and creating a friendly and supportive environment where passengers feel safe and respected.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid PCV licence, and have the legal right to work in the UK. A safe and courteous driving style, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential. Flexibility and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are also important.
